At BACA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
- Returns or refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging to qualify.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or invoice) is required.
Non-Refundable Items

Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact us at sales@baca.co.uk or call us on 01604 199400 with your order number and reason for the request, within 30 days of purchase.
- Our team will review your request within 5 working days.
- Once approved, ship the item back in its original packaging (or return in-store), or follow the return instructions provided.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving/inspecting the returned item.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
- The item is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging (at BACA's discretion).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again, as processing times can vary.
